Sandwiches off the Road
Cyprus Sandwiches are massive,
delicious and always go with pickled veggies and chili
What is it that makes those Cyprus Sandwiches so delicious?
No matter where I went, the sandwiches were outstandingly delicious, maybe it is the heat and spending a lot of time in the water and on the Beach running around and discovering some of this wonderful country's beautiful delights.
However, the Halloumi Cheese with fresh salad and tomatoes, accompanied by a generous amount of sauce and ham, in warm and crunchy bread, brings it all together in a delicious way to taste the magic of the amazing island of Cyprus; salty, spicy, and full of heavenly goodness.
The best Sandwiches I had came from these two places. If you are around , do not hesitate to stop by and get a delicious and flavourful lunch for yourself.

Within a few days, I discovered many beaches which are breathtakingly beautiful, and the underwater world is just as stunning as the surface. Not to mention that I did indeed enjoy quite a few sandwiches.
We got to dive on a few different spots around the island - we have been lucky to discover the sunken treasure of the MS Europa, we dived and met a turtle wich came to say hello, and at the MUSAN museum of the sea we dived into the wonders of the underwater forest museum from Jason deCaires Taylor he grafted 93 figures that have been placed in 2021 about 200m of the coast at Pernera Beach.
The Sculptures tell the story of connection to nature, life and the treasures it holds for those who are brave enough to protect the sea passionately. The museum under the sea is art and conservation. It's a man-made habitat that attracts wildlife and tourists to enjoy the unique artworks created by both humans and nature.
These artworks are year after year, more overtaken by the ocean, to finally become one piece someday.
